Notes	John's parents are probably John FUGARS and Margory KALLY who were married in Poughill, Devon, on February 24, 1723 (both john and Margory said by the Rector to be from Poughill)(see record). Notes	Interestingly, the marriage record in the parish register just before that of Thomas and Ann is crossed through and is a partially completed record for a marriage between Ann Fugars and John Parker that was published in banns in the parish on April 3, 10 and 17, 1785. The marriage of Thomas and Ann was by license and not banns (Note that she was only just 15 at the time of the marriage). There is a baptismal record in Poughill (11 April 1755) for John Parker whose parents were Robert and Elisabeth Parker.
